先排查外部条件 Check external conditions first
冲击无力或工作异常时，先检查空压机实际输出、末端压力、管路长度与管径、接头泄漏、同时用气设备和润滑状态，不先假定是主机内部故障。 Check actual compressor output, pressure at the tool, hose length/diameter, leaking connections, simultaneous air users and lubrication before assuming an internal fault.
再检查钎具与连接 Then inspect tools and connections
核对钎尾、钎杆、钻头、连接状态和异常磨损。接口不匹配、卡滞或磨损可能影响工作表现。 Check shank, drill steel, bit, connections and abnormal wear. Mismatched interfaces, binding or wear may affect operation.
内部拆检必须停机卸压 Stop and depressurize before internal inspection
外部条件排除后仍异常，应停止运行，由专业人员依据对应型号资料检修；不要在带压状态下拆卸。 If external checks do not resolve the issue, stop operation and seek qualified model-specific service. Never dismantle under pressure.
