清理设备外部岩粉和污物，检查连接、紧固、气水通道、钎尾接触区域及可见磨损。维护前应停机、断气并确认系统已卸压。 Clean external dust and debris; inspect connections, fasteners, air/water passages, shank contact area and visible wear. Stop, isolate air and verify depressurization before maintenance.
润滑和存放 Lubrication and storage
按适用说明书使用相符的润滑方式和材料，不混用来源不明的油品。长期停放前应清洁、防锈并置于干燥环境。 Use the lubrication method/material specified in the applicable manual, not oil of unknown origin. Clean and protect against corrosion before long-term storage in a dry location.
什么情况需要专业检修 When qualified service is needed
持续冲击无力、异常噪声、明显泄漏、卡滞或零件破损时，应停止使用并由具备条件的人员拆检。 Stop using the drill for persistent weak impact, abnormal noise, significant leaks, binding or broken parts. Qualified personnel should inspect it.
