先停机、断气和卸压 Stop, isolate air and release pressure first
气腿推进无力、伸缩不顺或动作异常时，先停止作业并确认系统卸压，不在带压状态下拆接气腿或控制部件。 For weak thrust, rough extension or abnormal movement, stop work and ensure depressurization. Never disconnect air legs or control components under pressure.
先排查外部供气和连接 Check external air supply and connections first
检查末端供气、软管折弯与泄漏、接头、控制状态、机械卡阻和明显损伤，并记录异常发生条件。 Check supply at the tool, kinked/leaking hoses, fittings, controls, mechanical obstruction and visible damage. Record when the issue occurs.
内部问题交给专业检修 Internal faults require qualified service
外部条件排除后仍异常，应依据对应型号资料检修；密封、阀件、尺寸和装配关系不按其他型号推断。 If external checks do not resolve the fault, use the correct model documentation. Do not infer seals, valves, dimensions or assembly relationships from other models.
